Tim joined Barclay Simpson in 1991 having previously worked in the accountancy profession and another leading financial recruitment company.  He has gained immense experience in corporate governance recruitment across all sectors with particular emphasis in internal audit, risk management and compliance. Tim has recruited for the Middle East region since 1992 and has an in depth understanding of the market for corporate governance professionals. He advises companies on candidate availability, recruitment approach and remuneration and has built up an extensive network of contacts. Tim undertakes global searches and has placed a diverse range of corporate governance executives into the region.

Matt Crocombe, Managing Consultant, Dubai Office, Risk Management

Matt has over eleven years experience of recruiting legal, compliance and risk professionals into both the Middle East and UK markets. Currently based in Dubai, Matt manages Barclay Simpson’s Dubai office and personally specialises in recruiting Risk Management professionals into the Middle East. Working with the majority of the leading financial services companies in the region, Matt has an excellent portfolio of clients ranging from multinational banking groups and leading regional banks, to smaller up-and-coming insurers and niche asset managers. Joff has been based in the Middle East since 2008, following a successful recruitment career in London. He recruits Internal Audit professionals into the GCC market, with particular focus on the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
